| ForumWise has over 300 skins available, I can't find a list of them available to anyone (I can see the list in the admin cpanel, you can't go there), but if there's a skin you want post its name here and I'll see if it it's there so I can add it. |

The only problem with having different skins is that quotes appear illegible. Even if you make the text color different, you then make it illegible on another skin.
This is why I always only have one skin or at most a couple of similar ones. |

Ah, just ignore me - it depends what you've got installed.
Well I'll stick with SmartDark now 'cos all seems readable enough!
But for the record I find SubBlack quotes hard on the eyes, which is why I made my quotes blue instead - but then couldn't read them in another template.
So I'm just pointing out that altering text colors will make things impossible to read for users browsing with a different template. |

The users altering text colors, like this?
Couldn't the users just not alter text colors then? There's not really any reason to, unless you're talking about altering the code for the skin? |

Yes, just don't alter text colors. |

SmartDark is a fine skin for me, though my personal favorite is subBleak.
I've been told that it's a bit difficult to find, however. |

| I've seen subBleak once and it is cool. subBlack is an option here, but I'm limited to the ones forumwise has available and subbleak isn't one of them unfortunately. |

| added. Since i can't customize the skins once i add them though it looks kind of retarded with the stretched image and your-site.com in the corner. |
