Manny "Pac Man" Pacquiao
Decided to run for Congressman in his hometown/state = General Santos City
Many have opposed this (the stupidest thing he can ever think of)..He doesn't even graduated.
But he took an exam and passed the qualification of a congressman ... (WTF??)
His Reason: I want to help my fellow countrymen.
(well he can do that in a lot of ways.) |
