I support it, don't see any reason not to, if they want to that's their choice. What about you?

So long as a guy doesn't propose to me I have no problem with it.

Here too. We need more right-wingers.

More Republicans anyway. I'm right-wing, but I'm not too in line with the GOP, they're not real conservatives anymore. I don't think a marriage can be anything beyond a man and a woman, but I also don't think the government should be involved in marriage. I do support equal legal rights for gays, in name and practice.

I am strongly against it. Marriage is defined as a man and a woman, not two guys or two girls.

I would, instead of allowing gay marriages, have prefered a togertherness concession, because for me marriage in the church is a picturesque hetrosexual celebration. I am not against men who wish to be together - if they love each other then that's fine - it's just I would have preferred keeping the actual marriage thing for hetrosexuals.

I agree. Marriage is man and woman, but it doesn't seem fit for gay people to be married in a church.

Well there you have a difference between religious marriage and legal marriage. I don't care what restrictions a church puts on religious marriage (maybe some gay people do, I don't know, I'm not gay), but there are legal effects of government marriage.

That's my view too (though I'm not gay either, I'm wondering what citizen's view is), personally I think the government should leave "marriage" to the churches and only deal in civil unions that are entirely equal. |

As an atheist I don't care what religion says about it, I just want equal rights. I do know some Christian gays who want the church to acknowledge their (future possible) marriages though.

Hmmm, i have views on this that they are allowed to do whatever they like as it is their life, they shouldnt be stopped if they like are in love, It should be the same for men and women. No matter who they are, they should be allowed to get married, i agree that the government should really back off from this.

Let gays marry. I don't care. They're not coming to me and ruining my life. They're not creating chaos and destruction in the lands. Let them be happy, they're people too.

It depends. According to my religion, no, but according to my government's determination, I don't know where I stand.
If a homosexual couple wants children, I say no. That's regardless of religion or human-status or whatever excuses I might find. |

I support the idea of a homosexual couple possessing the same legal benefits as a heterosexual couple that is "married."
I support the idea of the homosexual couple calling themselves "married". |

hmmm... gay marriage i don't think so. its there choice BUT if we base it in christian doctrine it a sin, because it is written in the holy scriptures that man are what for women and vice versa. if that is the case how can both sexes can reprocreate because men does not have a reproductive organ. but in the in it is their choice.
